CEO Program Graduates 14 New Entrepreneurs
14 CEO(Community Entrepreneur Opportunity) Graduates eloquently and humorously described and promoted their businesses, talked about knowledge and experience gained from classes, and acknowledged sponsors and others during the graduation ceremonies of the fifth class of the program in Sarasota, FL.
About 80 supporters attended the event including family, friends, elected officials and sponsors.

New Leader Selected for Sarasota County High Schools
SARASOTA COUNTY, FL -- Superintendent Gary Norris has named a new administrator to oversee the county's high schools. Stephen Cantees, principal of the Phoenix Academy, a school for at-risk students, has been promoted to executive director of high schools. He succeeds Barbara Chomko, who is retiring.
Rachel Shelley, the current assistant principal at Phoenix Academy, will be appointed principal of the school. Both appointments will be effective July 2.
